Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BedLedger, a sole proprietorship operated by Ankit Mahajan in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using BedLedger, you agree to these terms. For any questions, write to support@bedledger.com.
Acceptable use
You may use BedLedger to record rent, deposits and payments for properties you own or manage. You agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to enter information you do not have the right to record, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Account and data responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. BedLedger is a record-keeping tool; it does not verify payments with your bank or payment apps, and it does not guarantee the correctness of the information you record.
Pricing
BedLedger is free during early access. There is no subscription fee, no per-invoice fee, and no per-tenant fee: ₹0 per month for all features.
BedLedger does not charge a commission on rent. Rent amounts are set entirely by the landlord and are paid directly to the landlord; BedLedger records the payment and issues the receipt.
Paid plans are planned after early access. Existing users will be told the prices at least 30 days before any charge begins, and no account will be charged without explicit consent. See Pricing.

Service changes
BedLedger is under active development and is offered free during early access. Features may change, and paid plans may be introduced later. We may update or discontinue parts of the service, and will give reasonable notice for material changes where possible.
Disclaimers
BedLedger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a record-keeping tool and is not accounting, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, Ankit Mahajan is not liable for losses arising from the use of the service or from inaccurate records entered into it.
Governing location
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
